Role Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive professional to support our
Account Creative Director
in both
client servicing
and
executive coordination
. You'll work closely with clients, manage project timelines, coordinate with creative teams, and ensure the ACD's day-to-day operations run smoothly. If you enjoy managing multiple priorities, thrive in a fast-paced agency setting, and have excellent communication skills, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing
- Be the first point of contact for assigned clients.
- Coordinate with Creative, Design, Copy, Motion Graphics, and Production teams.
- Ensure timely execution of client deliverables.
- Follow up on briefs, feedback, approvals, and artwork releases.
- Schedule client meetings and prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting).
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication.

Executive Support
- Manage the ACD's calendar, meetings, and daily priorities.
- Organize internal reviews and brainstorming sessions.
- Track pending tasks and ensure timely follow-ups.




- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting notes.
- Handle confidential documents and correspondence.
- Coordinate travel and logistics whenever required.

Project Coordination
- Maintain project trackers and status reports.
- Ensure all teams adhere to project timelines.
- Coordinate with multiple departments for seamless execution.
- Escalate delays and potential risks proactively.
- Assist in resource planning and scheduling.

Ideal Candidate
- 2–5 years of experience in
Client Servicing, Account Management, Project Coordination, or Executive Assistance
in any of the advertising agency.
- Prior experience in an
Advertising, Branding, Digital Marketing, Media, or Creative Agency
is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working with senior leadership and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects
