We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Sourcing & Procurement Operations (SPO) Configuration Consultant tosupport a proposal and potential implementation for an enterprise client. This role will focus on the technical configuration and functional implementation of ServiceNow's Sourcing & Procurement Operations (SPO) module to enable procurement intake andrequest management processes.
The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience configuring the ServiceNow SPO application and translatingprocurement business requirements into scalable platform solutions. This is not an integration-focused role; integration expertise will be handled by another team with Oracle experience. Instead,
we are looking for a functional product specialist whocan configure the platform, guide best practices, and help deliver a successful procurement intake solution.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and customize the ServiceNow Sourcing & Procurement Operations (SPO) module to support procurement intake processes.
Work with business stakeholders to understand procurement workflows and translate requirements into ServiceNow configurations.
Configure catalogs, request forms, workflows, approvals, task routing, and related SPO capabilities.
Recommend best practices for procurement intake and ServiceNow SPO implementation.
Support workshops, solution design sessions, and functional demonstrations.
Configure roles, permissions, notifications, and user experiences within the SPO module.
Perform system testing, troubleshoot configuration issues, and support user acceptance testing.
