Role Description
The Sales and Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, in office position based in the Greater Visakhapatnam Area. The specialist will identify and engage prospective students and corporate clients, present Think BIG Global’s education and training services, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations,



following up on inquiries, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, participating in promotional events, and providing basic guidance on available programs and test preparation offerings to help clients choose suitable options.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and corporate clients.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to drive conversions, manage pipelines, and achieve enrollment and revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to support information sessions, workshops, and promotional presentations about services and programs.
- Relevant experience in education consulting, EdTech, or training services is beneficial.
