Relationship Manager – Banking
to lead and strengthen relationships with
National and Government Bank partners
while expanding financial services to unbanked and underserved populations across key territories.

Key Responsibilities
✅
Drive Government Banking Initiatives
- Execute and promote government-backed financial inclusion schemes across channels and partner networks.
- Ensure successful implementation and adoption of national banking programs.
✅
Revenue Growth & Business Expansion
- Drive revenue growth from existing outlets and banking partners.
- Support onboarding, training, and activation of newly acquired outlets.
- Identify and penetrate high-potential territories for expansion.
✅
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain robust relationships with National and Government Bank stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact between partners and the organization.
✅
Issue Resolution & Partner Support
- Resolve service and operational challenges quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure seamless coordination between partners and internal teams.
✅
Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activities, market developments, and customer trends.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize financial strategies and business growth.
Requirements
✔ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
✔ 3–5 years of experience in
Banking, Financial Services, Corporate Banking, Financial Inclusion, or Relationship Management
.
✔ Strong expertise in
sales, negotiation, stakeholder management, and financial analysis
.
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
