Location:
Current Delhi / Pitampura

Work Mode:
Full-time. Work from office preferred; hybrid may be considered for exceptional candidates with strong international real estate exposure.

Experience:
4–8 years preferred

Compensation:
₹60,000 – ₹1,20,000 per month, depending on international exposure, communication quality, investment understanding, and fit

Travel:
Planned travel may be required for site visits, developer/broker meetings, market visits, and client/partner coordination.

We are not a conventional brokerage, listing platform, legal firm, or backend CRM operation.

Our work involves evaluating premium real estate opportunities through market understanding, project fundamentals, document discipline, financial logic, partner credibility, and client suitability.





Nitarya is an early-stage, founder-led startup with a very small core team of 2–3 people. This role is suitable for someone who is comfortable working closely with the founder, taking ownership, handling ambiguity, and building systems from scratch.

About the Role

We are looking for an
International Real Estate Investment & Partnerships Manager
.

This role is for someone who has direct exposure to international real estate and can confidently speak with developers, brokers, agents, consultants, and premium clients across markets.

This is not a pure Indian real estate sales role. It is also not a legal-only, finance-only, or CRM-only role.

The role requires a rare combination of:
- International real estate exposure
- Premium client communication
- Developer / broker / partner relationship building
- Basic investment and ROI understanding
- First-pass real estate document awareness
- NRI / HNI client han
