The app currently serves customers in locations including Gurgaon and Patna, with plans for continued growth. Homeday aims to bring convenient, high-quality services directly to users’ doorsteps through a simple, user-friendly experience.
Role Description
We’re looking for a dedicated co-founder to lead Homeday operations in Patna and help us scale the business.
Role & Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end operations in Patna
* Recruit and manage service providers
* Ensure high-quality customer service
* Drive business growth and local expansion
* Work closely with the founders on strategy and execution
Investment Requirement
Minimum Investment: ₹2,00,000
Compensation
✅ Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month
✅ 5% Equity in Homeday (subject to agreement and performance)
