This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the organizations business objectives and ensure a productive and engaged workforce.

1. Recruitment and Staffing:
2. Lead and manage the regional recruitment and hiring process, ensuring timely and effective staffing solutions.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, conduct interviews, and make informed hiring decisions.
4. Employee Relations:
5. Address and resolve complex employee relations issues, conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
