PROFILE OF THE CANDIDATE

Shikha Institute of Education seeks passionate Curriculum Developers who believe high quality curriculum should be accessible to all. We primarily seek developers in the areas of -
- Computer Science,
- Art & Design, and
- BEE (Business, Economy & Entrepreneurship)

We welcome individuals with a Bachelor's or Master's degree and at least two years of teaching experience in the above mentioned subject areas OR those with extensive global experience in curriculum design & education.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifying and analyzing world-class curricula for inspiration.
- Develop and refine a globally-aligned curriculum, incorporating local context and best practices.
- Conduct in-depth research to include innovative and appropriate, updated content for lesson plans.
- Create engaging learning experiences, assessments, and teacher/student support materials.
- Developing scalable and easy to use goals, activities, online and offline resources.
- Collaborate with a diverse team to deliver high-quality educational resources.
- Monitoring student progress and making necessary curriculum adjustments.
- Occasionally teaching to enhance curriculum development.
