Key responsibilities:

1. Responsible for manufacturing activities of all commercial manufacturing blocks.
2. Ensuring delivery of scheduled production as per plan meeting quality and cost parameters.
3. Ensuring projects are completed within timeframe and allocated resources.
4. Evaluating opportunities for reduction of waste generation, water wastage and fugitive emission.
5. Ensuring availability and updating of relevant process, regulatory,



statutory and engineering documents.
6. Ensuring production activities are performed as per approved procedures.
7. Ensuring manufacturing cost within standard yields and usages.
8. Continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
9. Issuance of Batch Production Records and Batch Record of Cleaning.
10. Reviewing all Batch Production Records and BRC.
11. Approval of MPRs/ECRs in eBMR printing module.
12. Review of current/revised MPRs and validation protocols and reports.
13. Performing authorized SAP, TrackWise CAPA, LMS and DCM activities.
14. Reviewing and approving SOPs.
15. Preparing and reviewing risk assessments.
16. Reviewing trends of quality and production parameters.
17. Ensuring production deviations are evaluated and investigated.
18. Investigating OOS, Market Complaints and OOT.
19. Planning and implementation of CAPA actions.
20. Ensuring necessary calibrations and records are maintained.
