Our engineering teams deliver clean, maintainable, and secure Laravel-based products—from fintech platforms to CRM ecosystems—while mentoring junior talent and enforcing architectural best practices across distributed teams.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional team of Laravel developers, setting technical direction, code standards, and sprint priorities aligned with product goals.
- Architect scalable, secure, and testable Laravel applications using MVC, RESTful APIs, and microservices patterns—ensuring maintainability and performance at scale.
- Own end-to-end delivery of critical features: from requirement analysis and database design (MySQL/PostgreSQL) to deployment and monitoring via CI/CD pipelines.
- Review code rigorously, enforce PSR standards,



and conduct pair programming sessions to elevate team engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers and QA leads to define acceptance criteria, estimate effort, and drive agile ceremonies for seamless delivery.
- Mentor junior developers, onboard new engineers, and foster a culture of continuous learning and ownership within the team.
