We are seeking an experienced and energetic academic leader to join us as the Principal of NSHM Institute of Hotel and Tourism Management. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for spearheading the academic, operational, and institutional development of our Hotel, Tourism, Aviation, and Pharmaceutical Technology programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead academic and administrative operations across UG & PG programs in Hotel, Tourism, Aviation, and Pharmaceutical Management.
Drive revenue generation through student admissions, short-term certifications, and consultancy.
Build and strengthen industry partnerships for internships, placements, and curriculum alignment.
Ensure compliance with statutory and quality assurance standards.
Foster a high-performing academic team, and support faculty development,



including PhD enrolments and upskilling.
Drive innovation in curriculum development and pedagogy aligned with industry trends.
Represent the institution in national and international academic forums.
Promote student engagement through academic clubs, individual learning plans, and alumni connects.

Qualifications:
PhD ( preferred ) . Throughout min. 60% aggregate in academia
Having both Academic and Administrative Exposure in reputed and affiliated Education Institute
or University
Experience: 20 + Yrs. within the age bracket of 50 Years ( 5 Years)
