Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and analytical FinOps Manager to support business

operations through process optimization, operational reporting, and financial coordination.

Educational Qualification

• MBA in Operations, Finance, Business Analytics, or related discipline (Preferred).

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business reporting.

• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is an added advantage.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, FinOps,



or a similar role.

• Experience in operational reporting, process improvement, and performance tracking.

• Good understanding of budgeting, financial planning, cost optimization, and business

operations.

• Experience working closely with Finance and Operations teams.

• Exposure to MIS reporting and data-driven decision-making.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze operational performance.

• Prepare operational MIS reports.

• Coordinate with Finance for budgeting and cost tracking.

• Act as a bridge between Operations and Finance.

• Identify process improvements.

• Track KPIs and prepare dashboards.

• Support budgeting and forecasting.

• Ensure timely reporting.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Drive data-backed decisions.

• Support automation initiatives.
