Job Vacancy: Finance Coordinator

About the Role

Code2Stay Private Limited is looking for a Finance Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing financial reports, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the finance operations of a leading property management company. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Manage and organize financial data with high accuracy.
- Analyze financial information using Microsoft Excel.
- Reconcile accounts and verify financial transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely reporting.
- Maintain records, invoices, and financial documentation.




- Generate MIS reports and support management with financial insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation, charts, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in finance, accounting, or property management is an advantage.
