Job Description – DCS Operator

Location: Raichur, Karnataka- CBG Plant

Qualification: Diploma/ITI in Chemical

Experience: 1–3 years in process industries, biogas, CBG, refinery, chemical, fertilizer, ethanol, or power plants. Experience in DCS/SCADA operation preferred.

Job Purpose:

To monitor, control, and optimize plant operations through the Distributed Control System (DCS) for protected, efficient, and continuous production of Compressed Bio Gas (CBG).

Key Responsibilities:
- · Operate and monitor all plant processes through DCS/SCADA systems.
- · Monitor critical process parameters of digesters, gas purification systems, compressors, utilities, and storage systems.
- · Ensure smooth plant startup, shutdown, and process transitions.
- · Identify process abnormalities and initiate corrective actions.
- · Coordinate with field operators for operational adjustments.




- · Maintain process logs, shift reports, and operational records.
- · Support troubleshooting activities during process upsets.
- · Monitor alarms and ensure timely response.
- · Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and safety procedures.
- · Coordinate with maintenance teams during equipment breakdowns and planned shutdowns.
- · Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and statutory requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
