Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the sale of IT services and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels
- Identify client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and client meetings
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Prepare proposals and coordinate with technical teams
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Required Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in IT Services Sales, Software Sales, or Business Development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in lead generation and client acquisition
- Ability to understand business requirements and propose technology solutions
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with software development, web applications, mobile applications, cloud solutions, AI solutions, or SaaS products is preferred
