Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Kolkata. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects, and support lead generation activities through calls, meetings, events,



and digital outreach. The role includes nurturing client relationships, managing key accounts, and coordinating with internal teams to align training solutions with client requirements. The individual will prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports, follow up on inquiries, and contribute to revenue growth and market expansion. Regular collaboration with the consulting and training teams will be required to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications
