Role Description
The Content Manager at THE SM RECORDS will oversee the planning, creation, organization, and optimization of digital content across multiple platforms. This part-time, remote role includes managing content calendars, coordinating with internal teams and partners,



and ensuring that all content aligns with brand guidelines and strategic goals. The Content Manager will review and edit content for accuracy and consistency, optimize metadata and descriptions for music releases, and support digital campaigns that promote artists and labels. The role also involves monitoring content performance, preparing basic reports, and recommending improvements to increase audience engagement and content visibility.

Qualifications
- Solid skills in content planning, editorial management, and digital asset organization.
- Experience with digital platforms such as YouTube, streaming services, and social media content management tools.
- Ability to analyze content performance data and use insights to improve engagement and reach.
