Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage CRM data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all systems.
- Develop and maintain custom solutions using Microsoft Dynamics AX, PowerApps, and Power Automate to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes using MS Dynamics tools.
- Provide training and support to end-users on MS Dynamics products.
- Data Migration (MSD CRM + Azure data factory/Kingswaysoft/Mulesoft)and Integration (MSD CRM + Azure integration)
- Power Automate, Dataverse, plug ins, (Valuable to have - Azure)
- MSD CRM + Sales module (configuration & customization), Powerapps,
Job Requirements :
- 4-18 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Crm (MS Dynamics) including its modules such as Sales, Marketing, Service, etc. .
- Proficiency in developing custom solutions using MS Dynamics AX, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
