Role Description
The Management Trainee Intern role at JadeCaps is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The intern will support cross-functional teams in operations, marketing, and business development,



assisting with day-to-day property management activities, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities may include coordinating with on-ground teams, preparing performance reports, updating internal dashboards, and contributing to the optimization of pricing and occupancy strategies. The intern will also help document standard operating procedures, participate in market research, and assist in delivering consistent guest and owner experiences. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to tech-enabled hospitality and short-term rental operations within a fast-growing startup environment.
