Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment with a strong focus on Semiconductor/VLSI hiring.
- Hands-on experience recruiting for ASIC/SoC Design, Verification, Physical Design, DFT, Embedded Systems, and related domains.

- X-Ray Search
- GitHub (preferred)
- Qualified networking platforms
- Good understanding of semiconductor design flow and VLSI terminology.
- Ability to understand technical job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
- Experience in stakeholder management and hiring manager coordination.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
