Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective property buyers and investors.
- Handle customer enquiries received through calls, websites, property portals, social media and referrals.
- Explain residential and commercial property details clearly to customers.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, preferred location and property type.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective customers until site visit, negotiation and booking.
- Manage leads, contacts, follow-up activities and sales opportunities in Zoho CRM.
- Update call details, customer requirements, lead status and follow-up dates accurately.
- Coordinate with sales executives for site visits, meetings and customer discussions.
- Maintain regular follow-up with interested and inactive leads.
- Handle customer objections and provide suitable property options.
- Maintain daily call reports, lead reports, site-visit reports and conversion reports.
- Achieve monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, site visits and bookings.




- Build and maintain qualified relationships with customers.
- Ensure timely response to every customer enquiry.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for lead conversion.

Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of telemarketing or telesales experience in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial real estate sales.
- Proficiency in Zoho CRM is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong customer-handling and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Target-oriented and capable of working under pressure.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, email communication and WhatsApp Business.
- Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory.
- Knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.
