Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare concept designs, presentation drawings, working drawings, BOQ preparation, and detail drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Handle commercial projects from start to finish, including client coordination, spatial planning, vendor coordination, and project handling.
- Create detailed design concepts for interior spaces that meet clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget.
- Utilize 3D software like Lumion or VRAY for visualizations.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-6 years of experience in interior design industry with a solid portfolio showcasing commercial projects.
- Diploma/B.Des. - Bachelor of Design in Any Specialization; BFA - Bachelor of Fine Arts in Any Specialization degree required.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & SketchUp; knowledge of other 3D software like Lumion or VRAY an added advantage.
