We are looking for a detail-oriented Affiliate Operations Specialist to manage and optimize our affiliate program across key markets. This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in Pune or Mumbai, working standard IST business hours.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the affiliate program including partner onboarding, tracking, and reporting
- Monitor affiliate performance and identify optimization opportunities to drive growth
- Coordinate with internal teams (finance, product, marketing) to ensure timely payouts and accurate tracking
- Maintain and troubleshoot affiliate tracking platforms and ensure proper attribution
- Build and nurture relationships with affiliate partners through regular communication
- Analyse campaign data and prepare performance reports for stakeholders
- Generate links in MMP, reporting, and maintain publisher relations
- Set up affiliate campaigns end-to-end including cap management, geo and OS targeting configuration, and QA before launch
- Monitor traffic quality using fraud detection tools, flag suspicious patterns, and take action on non-compliant publisher traffic
- Reconcile publisher invoices against MMP data on a monthly basis, identify discrepancies, and coordinate resolution with finance and partners
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing operations
- Familiarity with Mobile Measurement Platforms (e.g. Appsflyer, Adjust, or similar)
- Solid analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
