- 5-6 years of experience in Observability, AIOps, IT Operations, Service Management, and Automation.
- Solid understanding of AIOps principles including event correlation, anomaly detection, root cause analysis, and automated remediation.
- Solid hands-on expertise with one or more of the following platforms:
- AIOps & Observability: Moogsoft, Splunk (Core & ITSI), Dynatrace (Davis AI), Datadog
- ITOM & Service Management: ServiceNow, Jira etc
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
- Experience working in client-facing advisory or consulting roles.
