Manage and oversee daily restaurant and dining area operations during service hours. Welcome guests, ensure customer satisfaction, and handle complaints professionally.
Supervise, guide, and monitor stewards and service staff to maintain service standards. Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Manage table allocation, guest flow, and smooth operations during peak hours. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, grooming standards, and compliance with company policies.
Monitor inventory, service supplies, billing support, and report operational requirements. Train current staff, maintain discipline, and provide daily operational updates to management
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
