Responsible for successful software implementation, technical support and customer onboarding.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

· Provide technical support and assist in software implementation at customer locations.

· Install, configure, test and deploy software.

· Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with the development team.

· Understand customer requirements and communicate customization needs.

· Coordinate between customers and internal teams.

· Conduct software demonstrations, user training and knowledge transfer.

· Support software upgrades and process improvements.

· Maintain implementation reports and project documentation.

· Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support and follow-up.

· Continuously improve technical and functional knowledge.

· Be willing to travel for implementation assignments.
· Communicate effectively with clients, managers and cross-functional teams.

· Complete assigned tasks and project milestones within committed timelines.





· Prioritize customer requirements and ensure timely follow-up.

· Translate customer requirements into actionable inputs for the development team.

· Maintain transparent communication regarding project status, risks and feedback.

· Resolve client-side and internal coordination issues professionally.

· Take complete ownership and accountability for assigned responsibilities.

· Maintain accurate documentation of meetings, projects and communications.

· Continuously learn current product features, technologies and business processes.

· Represent Indas Analytics professionally during all client interactions.

· Contribute to customer success, long-term relationships and referrals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
