- Support dealers, distributors, and industrial customers with required documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Warehouse, and Dispatch departments for timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, sales orders, and other sales documents.
- Follow up on order status, dispatch schedules, and delivery confirmations.
- Maintain customer records, pricing data, and sales reports.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, product availability, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics teams for dispatch arrangements.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Track pending orders, back orders, and customer complaints.
- Coordinate with Accounts for payment follow-up and customer account reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, orders, and sales activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
