- Lead and coordinate monthly CPD (Continuing Professional Development) programs with faculty and leadership.
- Oversee academic operations, ensuring accurate data management and process compliance.
- Manage the end-to-end student onboarding process, including frozen/incomplete cases, re-engagement, and batch rejoining.
- Supervise batch creation, extensions, and imports
- Ensure timely setup of class schedules, academic calendars, and batch schedules across all programs.
- Coordinate and manage Google Meet sessions, webinars, and expert sessions, including hosting support, session links, and timely sharing of recordings.
- Ensure all session recordings and pre-recorded learning content (Legal, Industrial, SAP, etc.) are uploaded and maintained on Trainer Central or designated platforms.
- Monitor and support internal evaluation processes by tracking assessments and ensuring timely submissions.




- Lead, mentor, and supervise the Academic Operations team, ensuring efficient task allocation, timely execution, and adherence to deadlines.
- Monitor team performance, optimize workflows, drive process improvements, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless academic delivery and operational excellence.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
