Roles Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Technical Lead with over 10 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Python, Py-Spark, and AWS services (specifically Glue, S3, Redshift, Lambda, and EMR), CICD, Airflow, GitHub, and Docker. Knowledge of Customer Data Platform, Databricks, LLM core concepts, Agentic AI is advantageous.

Team Leadership and Work Allocation:

Lead and manage a team by effectively allocating tasks based on individual strengths and project requirements. Ensure optimal productivity and balanced workloads to achieve project goals.

Technical Guidance and Issue Resolution:

Provide clear implementation guidance to the team, leveraging technical expertise to address and resolve any obstacles or blockers promptly. Maintain project momentum and ensure technical issues are efficiently handled.

Project Design and Strategic Planning:

Spearhead the design and planning phases for both ongoing and upcoming projects. Align project designs with business goals, ensure thorough documentation,



and secure stakeholder approval.

Support Team Coordination and Issue Management:

Oversee the support team s operations, ensuring no major issues are ongoing. Provide hands-on assistance to resolve critical challenges effectively and in a timely manner.

Global Team Collaboration and Transparency:

Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration with global teams. Ensure all stakeholders are aligned and maintain transparency across all levels of the project.

Understanding Data and Data Engineering Concepts:

Demonstrate a deep understanding of data and data engineering concepts to guide the team effectively in data-centric projects.

Architecting Solutions:

Design and architect robust, scalable, and efficient solutions that meet the project requirements and business goals. Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
