Role Description
The HR Project Manager at DairyDictionary will oversee and execute HR projects that support organizational growth and employee experience. This full-time, on-site role in Coimbatore involves planning and managing HR initiatives such as policy implementation, process improvement, and talent-related programs. The HR Project Manager will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with business goals, track project progress, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones. Daily responsibilities include coordinating HR operations, analyzing workforce data, preparing reports, supporting employee communication, and ensuring compliance with relevant HR standards and practices.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong HR Project Management skills, with experience leading HR-focused initiatives from planning through execution.
- Candidates should possess solid Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including knowledge of HR policies, procedures,



and employee lifecycle processes.
- Candidates should possess excellent Analytical Skills to interpret HR data, identify trends, and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for working with stakeholders, documenting processes, and delivering HR updates.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in project management methodologies, proficiency with HRIS or related HR tools, and familiarity with labor regulations.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in an HR project or HR business partner role.
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, manage multiple projects concurrently, and maintain a team-oriented, inclusive approach to HR practices.
