We’re looking for a driven and disciplined Technical Recruiter who can deliver results in a fast-moving, target-based workplace. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end contract hiring — from sourcing to onboarding — ensuring every requirement is handled with precision, speed, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for contract and full-time technical positions.
- Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and update trackers/ATS regularly.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly submission, interview, and conversion targets.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and hiring teams.
- Handle offer negotiations, onboarding, and documentation seamlessly.




- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fast closures and high conversion ratios.

Key Skills & Experience:
- 2–5 years of technical recruitment experience, preferably with contract hiring exposure.
- Strong sourcing skills on major platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Resdex, Foundit, etc.)
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requirements effectively.
- Good understanding of modern tech stacks (Full Stack, DevOps, Cloud, Data, QA, ERP, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in structured, performance-oriented systems.

Performance Metrics:
- Target: 2–4 contract conversions per month
- SLA: 24-hour turnaround for initial CV submissions
- Quality: 80% shortlist-to-interview ratio
- Compliance: 100% onboarding and documentation accuracy
