Job Title: International Collection Executive – Voice Process

About the Role:-

We are hiring experienced International Collection Executives. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with prior experience in 1st Party International Collections who are looking to advance their career in a dynamic and performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:-
- Handle outbound and inbound calls to customers regarding overdue accounts.
- Manage 1st Party Collections while maintaining a skilled and customer-centric approach.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve outstanding balances.
- Educate customers about payment options and account status.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client guidelines during all customer interactions.




- Maintain accurate documentation of customer conversations and payment commitments.
- Meet or exceed individual and team productivity, quality, and collection targets.
- Build positive customer relationships while achieving business objectives.

Eligibility Criteria:-
- Minimum Experience: 8–12 months of experience in International Voice Collections.
- Mandatory: Experience in 1st Party Collections.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced international voice process.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
