Role Description
The Senior Travel Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Model Town. This role is responsible for designing and managing complex travel itineraries for B2B clients, including flights, accommodations, transfers, and tours. The Senior Travel Consultant will advise clients on destinations, travel options, and budget-friendly packages, while ensuring all reservations and travel arrangements are accurate and timely. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries, preparing detailed quotations, confirming bookings,



resolving travel-related issues, and maintaining strong relationships with partner agents. The role also involves staying updated on travel regulations, vendor offerings, and seasonal promotions to recommend the best solutions for clients.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Travel Consulting and Travel Management, with the ability to design and optimize complex itineraries.
- Proficiency in coordinating Travel Arrangements and Reservations across flights, hotels, and ground services.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and explicit communication with B2B partners.
- Prior experience in a senior or lead travel consultant role within a tour operator or travel agency environment.
- Knowledge of global destinations, visa requirements, and current travel regulations.
