Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Accountant role based in Mumbai. The Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, preparing invoices,



and ensuring timely payments and receipts. Responsibilities include handling accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and assisting in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing. The role involves preparing financial reports, supporting audits, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners. The Accountant will also help improve financial processes, maintain accurate documentation, and support management with data-driven insights for decision-making.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of core accounting principles, general ledger management, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems), MS Excel, and basic data analysis tools.
- Understanding of Indian taxation, GST, TDS, and regulatory compliance relevant to export and trading businesses.
