- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and follow-ups.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.
- Explain project features, pricing, offers, and resolve customer queries.
- Update customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Achieve individual sales and lead conversion targets.

Qualifications




- 1–2 years of experience
in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Customer Support, or a similar role is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong sales mindset are also encouraged to apply.
- Fluency in
English
is a significant advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
