Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

The Mechanical Fitter is responsible for assembling, installing, inspecting, maintaining,



and repairing mechanical components, machinery, and industrial equipment in accordance with technical drawings, engineering specifications, and safety standards. The role requires diagnosing mechanical faults, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring equipment reliability, and supporting uninterrupted production operations. The Mechanical Fitter works closely with engineers, supervisors, and production teams to achieve operational excellence while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

* Assemble, install, and commission mechanical components, machinery, and equipment as per engineering drawings, technical specifications, and standard operating procedures.

* Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance (PM), breakdown maintenance, and corrective repairs to ensure optimum equipment performance and minimize downtime.

* Diagnose mechanical faults
