About the Role :

As the Brand Manager, you will be the custodian of the Iconiq Wellness brand. This role goes beyond marketing. You'll be responsible for building a brand that customers admire, partners trust, and employees are proud to represent. From brand strategy and product launches to experiential events, partnerships, digital storytelling, and retail experiences, you'll ensure every customer touchpoint reflects the premium identity of Iconiq Wellness.

What You'll Do

*1. Brand Strategy & Positioning*

● Define and strengthen the long-term positioning of the Iconiq Wellness brand.
● Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints, including digital, retail, events, partnerships, and communications.
● Develop brand guidelines and ensure they are consistently implemented across the organisation.
● Continuously evaluate market trends and consumer insights to keep the brand relevant and differentiated.

*2. Brand Campaigns & Storytelling*

● Conceptualise and execute integrated brand campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
● Lead current product launches from a brand and communication perspective.
● Develop compelling brand narratives that resonate with premium consumers.
