Hi,

We have a vacancy in our R&D; Center for the position of MSR Engineer.

Location:
Plot No. A-739, TTC Industrial Area,
MIDC Koparkhairne,
Navi Mumbai 400 710, India.
- Execute pilot-scale batches in MSR / minimum scale reactor based on lab formulations.
- Assist in scale-up of products from laboratory to pilot level.
- Ensure proper charging sequence of raw materials (RMs) as per formulation and SOP.
- Monitor critical process parameters such as temperature profile, pressure, agitation, and reaction time.
- Record and analyse temperature profiles and reaction trends during batch processing.
- Observe reaction behaviour including viscosity build-up, emulsion stability, and phase changes.
- Identify and report any abnormalities during reactions.
- Perform in-process sampling during various stages of reaction.
- Conduct basic testing such as solids content, pH, viscosity, and stability checks.
- Compare pilot batch results with lab standards and highlight deviations.
- Operate MSR / pilot-scale reactors,



heating-cooling systems, and associated equipment.
- Ensure proper cleaning, maintenance, and readiness of reactor systems before and after batches.
- Follow all safety protocols for handling chemicals, reactors, and pressurized systems.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Preferred Experience & Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or a related field. A masters degree is preferred.
- 0-2 years Experience in an R&D; or laboratory setting (internships or industry experience).
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques, including sample preparation, characterization, and testing.
- Robust analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with adhesives, polymers, or emulsions is a plus.
- Should be able to work in shifts
