Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage debt collection processes to ensure timely recovery of outstanding amounts from customers.
- Conduct credit risk analysis and assess customer creditworthiness before approving loans or credit facilities.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry standards in all aspects of lending operations.
- Monitor and report on loan performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 2-8 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in collections or credit management role.
- Robust understanding of Credit Risk Analysis (CRA) principles and practices.
- Excellent knowledge of Legal Compliance requirements for lending activities.
