Designation: Sr Analyst I , DevOps

Position description: DevOps Team member is responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud-native practices. This role drives engineering efficiency, system reliability, and release velocity by integrating development and operations through automation, observability, and governance.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Define and execute the DevOps strategy aligned with organizational and product delivery goals.
2. Architect and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD.
3. Lead and mentor the DevOps/SRE team, establishing best practices and engineering standards.
4. Design and manage infrastructure platforms across on-premises and hybrid environments.
5. Manage containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
6. Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
7. Integrate security practices into pipelines,



ensuring DevSecOps compliance and vulnerability management.
8. Drive automation initiatives to improve system reliability, deployment speed, and operational efficiency.
9. Ensure high availability, performance tuning, and incident management practices.
10. Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to streamline release processes and improve delivery outcomes.
