Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Career Counselor role based in Dehradun. The Career Counselor will provide individual and group counselling to students and families,



helping them understand assessment results, explore career and education options, and design realistic pathways. The role involves facilitating structured counselling sessions aligned with Rosemounts frameworks, coordinating with school partners, and contributing to reports and documentation that capture learner progress. The counselor will collaborate with educators and other counsellors to support school-based programmes, including workshops, information sessions, and follow-up guidance. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, using diagnostic tools and AI-backed counselling aids, and participating in continuous professional development to stay current with education and labour market trends.
