Role Overview:

We're looking for a sharp,



detail-oriented Editor to join our content team and support the Senior Editor in producing high-quality application materials for students. This is a hands-on writing and editing role. You'll spend most of your time working on real student documents, refining drafts, and maintaining the content standards Gradvine is known for. The work is demanding and will require real dedication to craft and to the students you're supporting.

What You'll Do:

Review and edit statements of purpose, letters of recommendation, personal statements, resumes, and short-answer essays across disciplines and destination countries

Work closely with the Senior Editor to refine drafts, implement feedback, and take documents through multiple revision cycles

Conduct intake reviews of student profiles, resumes, academic backgrounds, and goals to identify strong narrative angles before writing begins

Write first drafts of application materials based on student inputs, under the Senior Editor's direction
