We are looking for an HR Intern to join our team in Nashik. This position is ideal for recent graduates or those with less than one year of experience in human resources. As an HR intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience while supporting our HR departments daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with Recruitment: Help in screening resumes and scheduling interviews to find suitable candidates for various positions.
- Onboarding Support: Participate in the onboarding process for current employees, ensuring that they receive the necessary information and resources to start their roles effectively.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring that all information is accurate and organized.
- Conduct Research: Gather information on HR trends and best practices to support various HR initiatives and projects.
- Assist in Employee Engagement Activities: Help organize and coordinate events or activities aimed at improving employee morale and engagement within the company.
Required Skills and Expectations:




- Candidates should have a degree in M.B.A or PGDM, preferably with a focus on human resources.
- Good communication skills are essential for interacting with team members and potential candidates.
- Strong organizational abilities are needed to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using MS Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is expected.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn will contribute to a successful internship experience.
