Your Role

As a Paid Media Specialist, you will plan, launch, optimize, and scale digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms. You'll work closely with our creative, branding, SEO, content, and development teams to deliver measurable business results for our clients.

This role is for someone who enjoys solving marketing problems, experimenting with new ideas, leveraging AI, and continuously improving campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Build lead generation, eCommerce, awareness, remarketing, and conversion campaigns.




- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets for maximum ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Track KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPM, and Conversion Rate.
- Understanding of
- LTV, CAC, AOV, ROAS, MER, Repeat Purchase Rate, Retention Rate, Churn Rate and attribution models.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, content writers, SEO specialists, and developers.
- Research competitors, market trends, and audience behaviour.
- Implement conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, and other analytics tools.
- Use AI tools and automation to improve campaign management, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
- Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and new advertising opportunities.
