Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Executive with experience specifically in the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in using platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn Premium to attract top talent. This role is critical in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring we find the best candidates for our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the BFSI sector.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Premium, and other relevant platforms.
- Candidate Screening:
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Communication:
- Maintain explicit and effective communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on the recruitment status and manage candidate expectations.
- Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively source and attract candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR and department heads to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the organization and attract talent.
Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 2-3 years of recruitment experience specifically within the BFSI sector.
- Proven experience using Naukri and LinkedIn Premium for sourcing candidates.
