Designation: Manager- Event Operations (Logistics) Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 7 years or more of relevant work experience Qualification: Degree in Event Management/Business Administration Job Description ▪ Collaborating with various teams to create a comprehensive event plan that covers all logistical details, prepare RFPs for vendors. ▪ Identifying and securing vendors/suppliers required for the event. Negotiating contracts, managing relationships, and ensuring timely deliveries of services. ▪ Collaborating with various teams, such as AV, catering, travel, and registration, to ensure proper communication and coordination. ▪ Overseeing in office setup, execution of the event. Addressing any operational challenges in real time to ensure a smooth attendee experience. ▪ Ensuring that all event elements meet quality standards, from signage and branding to guest experience and technical setups. ▪ Working within the allocated budget, tracking expenses, and managing cost-effective solutions without compromising the event's quality.
