Role Description
The Laboratory Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the on-site laboratory in Nashik in a full-time capacity. Responsibilities include planning and supervising testing activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and maintaining accurate documentation of test results and procedures. The role involves managing laboratory equipment, coordinating calibration and preventive maintenance,



and enforcing safety protocols and regulatory compliance. The Laboratory Manager will collaborate with production and R&D; teams to support material evaluations, troubleshoot quality issues, and improve testing methodologies. This role also includes training and guiding laboratory staff, optimizing workflows, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
