Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, self-driven, and results-oriented Business Development Manager with proven experience in U.S. IT Staffing. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of hiring managers, direct clients, MSPs, implementation partners, and staffing firms, with the ability to generate new business opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships.

This is a revenue-generating role with significant growth potential and an attractive performance-based incentive structure.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop current business opportunities with Direct Clients, MSPs, VMS, Prime Vendors, and Implementation Partners across the United States.

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and staffing partners.

* Generate new vendor partnerships through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.

* Identify new staffing opportunities and collaborate with recruiters to fulfill client requirements.

* Negotiate staffing agreements, rate cards, NDAs, MSAs,



and other commercial terms.

* Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely candidate submissions and successful placements.

* Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to account growth.

* Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

* Represent Caliber Tech professionally while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
