Role Overview:

This is not a conventional sales position. We are looking for a consultative skilled who can build long-term relationships within the Cooperative Banking ecosystem and position Finezza as a trusted technology partner.

The role involves engaging with senior leadership, understanding business challenges, recommending technology solutions, and supporting institutions in their digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Relationship Management
- Develop relationships with Cooperative Banks, Credit Societies, Federations,

Consultants, Auditors, and Technology Partners.
- Identify and engage MDs, CEOs, Directors, Chairpersons, and other key decision-makers.
- Generate qualified business opportunities and build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.

Solution Consulting
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.
- Position Finezza's AI-powered platforms across Digital Lending, Loan Origination System (LOS), Loan Management System (LMS),



Compliance Automation, Customer Onboarding, and Workflow Automation.
- Coordinate product demonstrations, pilot projects, Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and requirement discussions.

Ecosystem Development
- Represent Bharat Fin Sahakar at Cooperative Banking conferences, seminars, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Expand Finezza's presence across the Cooperative Banking ecosystem through strategic engagement and partnerships.

Strategic Account Support
- Build long-term engagement with prospective clients.
- Work closely with the Growth Director during commercial discussions, proposal presentations, negotiations, and project closures.
- Coordinate internal teams for successful onboarding and implementation.

Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Maintain CRM records and business development reports.
- Submit weekly activity reports and pipeline updates.
