Key Responsibilities
As an HR Intern, you will support our daily people operations. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing candidate profiles from various job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.),
screening resumes, and scheduling interviews for hiring managers.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Help prepare onboarding kits, coordinate orientation schedules for current hires, and assist with collecting necessary joining documentation.
- HR Administration: Maintain and update digital employee records, databases, and HR trackers with high confidentiality and accuracy.
- Employee Engagement: Brainstorm, plan, and execute internal team-building activities, cultural events, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Policy Awareness: Assist in communicating company policies and answering basic HR-related queries from team members.
- Documentation: Draft official HR documents such as internship letters, offer letters, and certificates under the guidance of the HR Lead.
